In Bangkok

I am in Bangkok again this time however I am attending a confrence. Every day I wish I knew Thai even just a little would help. I am however getting along well and extremely enjoying myself, it seems that I will be in Bangkok for about a week or two then I will journey toward my post in Om Goi. Om Goi is an exciting service opportunity even more than I imagined, Today I met the woman who leads the project and wow what a neat lady! I am tired right now though it seems that I have been on the go since I arrived into this lovely country. My love to all.

In Yasothon

I am in a town called Yasothon where I have been serving for one week. The people are very nice and we are all very busy. I will head back to Bangkok tomorrow night and then I will post hopefully some photos. My love to all.

Arrival

Hello everyone I am in Thailand just outside of downtown Bangkok. I had a good flight it didn't really feel like 20 hours. Hard to believe...however I am happy to be on the ground. Of course as you can imagine it is super hot here but I am coping (actually I have airconditioning and 2 fans in the room I am in right now). I met a very nice woman on the flight over her name is Yai she is on her way to Loas for the first time in 30 years! She gave me her number and wants to hook up here, but if not here then I am to go visit her in the states. The man who picked me up from the airport is also very nice his name is Vaughn. He has been in Thailand 30 years he grew up in New Zealand (I could tell because he still has his accent..and I asked him). I am safe and unharmed to those who need to know that. I love and miss a great deal of people who will read this but I am tired and I will take the small opportunity to rest.
